Delete Your Data

This page tells you exactly how to remove every piece of data AutoClipper holds about you. We provide three independent methods — pick whichever you prefer. All three result in the same outcome: every record we have about you (account, tokens, clips, metrics, logs) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account row (email, hashed password, plan, settings)
All OAuth tokens for every connected platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram)
All clips you've generated — metadata + any rendered files on disk
All engagement metrics we've polled (views, likes, comments)
All A/B tests, schedule entries, email logs, conversion events
All Stripe customer records (we'll mark your Stripe customer as deleted — Stripe retains transactional data per their own policy)

Three ways to delete

1Self-serve in the app (fastest, ~10 seconds)

Sign in at khaledmedia.com/auto-clipper.html
Open your account menu (top-right avatar) → Account Settings
Scroll to the bottom → Delete my account
Confirm by typing DELETE

Result: every record removed immediately. Email confirmation sent.

2Email request

Send an email to info@khaledmedia.com with the subject line Delete my AutoClipper account. Include the email address you signed up with so we can locate the account. We respond and confirm deletion within 7 business days; full erasure is complete within 30 days.

3Request form (anonymous request, also fine)

Use the form below. We'll email you a confirmation receipt with a tracking code.

Removing AutoClipper from a Meta platform

If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account to AutoClipper and want to disconnect only that platform from inside Facebook, you can do so without contacting us:

Personal Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → find AutoClipper → Remove
Business Manager: Business Settings → System Users / Integrations → find AutoClipper → Remove

When Meta notifies us that you removed AutoClipper, we automatically delete all data tied to your Meta accounts. The notification arrives at our endpoint https://khaledmedia.com/api/clipper/data-deletion-callback — see Section 8 of our Privacy Policy for details.

Confirmation tracking

Every deletion request gets a unique tracking code. If you want to confirm the status of a previous request, email info@khaledmedia.com with that code.
